Start with one situation
Choose a real conversation you expect to have soon: introducing yourself, asking someone to clarify a request, setting a boundary or ending a conversation. Starting with one situation makes a workbook easier to use than trying to memorise every page at once.
Write something you would actually say
Use the prompts as a starting point, then adapt your wording to your own voice. Read it aloud. If it feels too formal, shorten it while keeping the meaning and the courtesy. Confidence is easier to build around language you can deliver naturally.
Practise, use it, then reflect
Rehearse the phrase out loud, use it when the situation arises and make a brief note afterwards. What felt clear? What needed adjusting? A small cycle of practice and reflection helps a resource become part of your everyday communication.
